Description

Associació Esclat is a non-profit association based in Barcelona (Spain) whose aim is to increase the quality of life of people with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities, and their families, during all the stages of their life.

Esclat Association is part of Esclat Social Group, together with the Esclat Marina Foundation.

Area of person care:

Esclat is a Special School for children from age 3-21 with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.

Esclat 2 Occupational Centre is a support center for the social and employment inclusion of people with multiple disabilities, through an individual program with training activities, workshops and therapies.

Cades and Esclat Marina are specialized Day Care Centres for adults with severe disabilities.

Esclat Marina Residence is a Residential Centre that favors the independent life project of people with multiple disabilities.

Accessible Housing. Esclat manages two accessible apartments of the Barcelona City Council for people with disabilities.

Business area (Special Employment Centre):

Esclatec is a Special Employment Centre that offers products and services for the sectors of assistive technology, industrial, logistics and energy technologies and Esclatec have a R+D+I  department and manges two municipal fablabs of Barcelona City Council (Gràcia and Les Corts).
